Well, Phil Hughes is back Yankee fans, and what a debut he had. Six innings, two hits, and zero runs. It's his best start since he pitched seven perfect innings in May of '07 and then injured his leg. With Wang sure to be out for a good amount of time, Hughes really needs to step up for New York. Last night was a wonderful start and hopefully a sign of things to come. Finally the Yankee bats woke up banging out 10 runs in the seventh inning. If Hughes can continually pitch well, this really is excellent news for the Yankees.
Once again watched the entire Celtics-Bulls game. I was upset that the Bulls lost because I thought that they deserved to win the game. That was a flagrant foul on Rondo at the end and Brad Miller should have gotten two shots and the ball. We'll see what happens in game six.
