The New York Knicks

Being an avid Knicks fan was not hard in the 90's. Although they never won a championship, they had so many players who showed so much heart and will to win. I grew up watching guys like Charles Oakley, Patrick Ewing, and John Starks give everything they could to win games for the New York Knicks. Over the past five or six years, rooting for this team just has not been as easy. It seems as though the Knicks has been comprised of a bunch of selfish players who play no defense. Clearly, as shown through the Knicks record in recent years, this does not win games.

Well all (Knicks fans) have hope in our hearts that at the end of next season basketball in New York will be back to the way it should be. With guys like Lebron James, Dwayne Wade, and Chris Bosh on the free agent market, all Knicks fans are hoping that the electricity of the garden is brought back. If any 2 of these huge name stars are signed, it's likely that New York Knick basketball will be back on the map. The Knicks will once again be a contender, and New York City will be them as they always have.
